Services

Pipeline systems for GP teams raising HNW capital.

Five integrated components. Transparent USD pricing. Built for operators who know the difference between a one-off campaign and a functioning investor pipeline.

When your next deal is ready, your pipeline shouldn't be starting from zero.

Core service

Capital Raise Engine — Always-On Investor Pipeline

This is the single service The High Route Agency was built to deliver. Not a campaign, not a content calendar — a connected infrastructure that moves a qualified LP from first awareness to discovery call, systematically, between deals, without you managing every conversation manually.

The Capital Raise Engine is a build plus ongoing operation. A one-time setup fee covers the build; a flat monthly fee covers running the system — writing the content, maintaining the funnel, and keeping the pipeline moving. Minimum term is 90 days, then month to month. You know exactly what it costs before you start.

$5,000 setup + $3,000/month · 90-day minimum term

The five components

01

LinkedIn Authority Engine

The first place a serious LP looks you up is LinkedIn — before they respond to your email, before they take your call. The Authority Engine turns your profile and content presence from a static resume into a consistent signal of operator expertise. We build your content strategy, write and schedule your posts, and optimize your profile so the credential case is made before a deal is ever mentioned. By the time you reach out, your LP already knows how you think.

02

Lead Magnet

A single, high-value asset that gives an accredited investor a reason to raise their hand. Not a brochure. Not a pitch. A strategic document — deal evaluation checklist, market briefing, underwriting framework — designed to attract the right LP profile and begin a relationship on your terms. We research, write, and design the asset in full.

03

Landing Page

A focused, compliance-conscious page built to convert a qualified LP visit into a lead. Clean structure. No general solicitation language where it doesn't belong. The page has one job: confirm that the GP behind the asset is credible, and capture an email address. We write the copy, design the page, and configure the form.

04

Email Nurture Sequence

A 6-part sequence that moves a new LP lead from “I downloaded a PDF” to “I'd like to learn more about your next deal.” Spaced over 8–12 weeks. Written in a consistent voice that tracks with your LinkedIn presence. Compliance-reviewed before launch and loaded into your automation platform. No broadcast energy — this is relationship infrastructure.

05

Qualification Call Funnel

The final mile. A booking system and pre-call intake that ensures every call you take is with an LP who is ready to evaluate an opportunity — not just a curious reader. Includes a short qualification form, automated confirmation and reminder sequence, and a pre-call brief so you walk in prepared, every time.

Landing page — designed, built, and tested
Lead magnet — researched, written, and designed (one asset)

6-part email nurture sequence — written, compliance-reviewed, and loaded

All assets set up and running before your launch date

What’s not included

Ad spend — if 506(c) paid ads are added, that budget is separate
Existing CRM migration or contact list cleaning

LinkedIn posting above the included 8 posts a month — that's the LinkedIn Content Expansion add-on

What happens after the first 90 days?

The 90-day minimum term is how long it takes to build the system and get real data through it. At the end of it we run a structured review: what generated qualified pipeline activity, what needs adjustment, and what the system looks like going forward.

From there, you have three options:

Continue month to month.

The system is running and generating leads. We maintain, optimize, and grow it at $3,000/month, with 30 days' notice to stop. No penalty, no renewal negotiation, no long-term contract. For most GP teams, this is the natural continuation.

Scale it up.

If the pipeline is working and you want more surface area, this is the point to add the podcast suite or the webinar series — the authority layers that compound between deal cycles.

Stop, and keep everything.

You own every asset we built — the content, the landing page, the lead magnet, the email sequences, the booking system. If you choose not to continue, you leave with a fully operational investor pipeline, not a rented one.

Not sure the full engine is the right first step?

Most GP teams we speak to already have pieces of a pipeline — a profile, a list, a deck, something half-built. What they don't have is an honest read of where it leaks, and what that leak costs them in investor conversations. The Investor Pipeline Audit is that read: fixed scope, fixed price, no commitment beyond it.

$1,500 · one-time

What you get

A current-state teardown of your investor-facing surface, read against your stated LP profile
A compliance posture read — 506(b) or 506(c), what your current activity permits and what it forbids
The specific, named gap costing you investor conversations
A written deliverable and a 45-minute walkthrough

Credited in full.

If you move forward with the Capital Raise Engine within 60 days, the entire $1,500 comes off your setup fee. Proceed, and the audit costs you nothing but the time you spent in it.

Why it exists.

A GP evaluating a five-figure build is rarely hesitating on price. They're hesitating because there is no way to validate the work before paying for it. The audit removes that problem — you see exactly how we think, applied to your own pipeline, before any larger commitment exists.

Recommended for every retainer client

Amplify your pipeline

The Capital Raise Engine builds your always-on infrastructure. These two add-ons extend your authority surface — giving serious LPs more ways to find you, verify your expertise, and deepen the relationship before a deal is on the table.

Investor Authority Podcast Suite

$2,500/month

A done-for-you podcast that positions you as a credible voice in your asset class. We handle everything: show strategy, episode framework, guest booking support, recording guidance, show notes, and distribution. Each episode is a portable authority asset — referenced in email sequences, repurposed as LinkedIn content, and discoverable long after it publishes. For GPs who want to build LP trust at scale without adding to their calendar, the podcast format compounds between deal cycles.

Included

Show branding and strategy, episode template and run-of-show, monthly production (4 episodes), show notes and clip copy, distribution across Spotify, Apple, Google, and Amazon, repurposing as LinkedIn posts.

Live Investor Webinar Series

$1,000/month

One GP-led webinar per month. Market update, asset class briefing, or deal thesis deep-dive — structured for an accredited investor audience, not a consumer one. We handle the topic calendar, run-of-show, registration landing page, pre-webinar sequence, and post-webinar email. You present. We build and run everything around it.

Included

Monthly topic strategy, registration landing page, pre-webinar email sequence, live facilitation support, post-webinar email and replay distribution.

Situational

Extend where it makes sense

These add-ons solve specific gaps. Not every client needs them — but when they fit, they fit precisely.

LinkedIn Content Expansion

$800/month

The Capital Raise Engine includes 8 ghostwritten posts a month. This add-on takes you to 5 posts a week — a presence every business day, written in your voice and maintained by us. For GP teams who want to stay in front of their investor list between deal cycles, not just during a raise.

Included

5 posts per week, written and scheduled. Ongoing voice alignment with your email nurture and lead magnet.

Paid Ads Management

$2,000/month + ad spend

506(c) clients only

General solicitation is the legal prerequisite for paid advertising in investor marketing. If you are operating under 506(b), this service is not available to you. For qualifying 506(c) GP teams, we build and manage LinkedIn and Meta campaigns targeting accredited investor profiles. Ad spend billed separately at cost.

Included

Campaign strategy, ad creative (copy and design), audience targeting, monthly performance reporting. Minimum recommended ad spend: $1,500/month.

One-time

Standalone projects

Available independently or alongside a retainer engagement.

Deal Launch Sprint

$7,500

Timed to a specific raise opening. When a deal is about to go live the pipeline work compresses, and a general-purpose engine isn't shaped for a fixed date. This is a deal-specific landing page, one live investor webinar, a sequenced push to your existing investor list, and a coordinated LinkedIn campaign across the raise window. Fixed scope, fixed price, built backwards from your opening date and structured around your exemption before the first asset is written. Kickoff: 3–4 weeks before you open.

Website Build

$5,000

A professional, credibility-first GP website. Not a template — a purpose-built site designed to convert an LP's first visit into a discovery call request. Includes copywriting, design, development, and launch. Built on Webflow. Delivery: 4–6 weeks from kickoff.

Pitch Deck

$2,000

A GP marketing deck designed to communicate deal thesis, team track record, and market opportunity to a sophisticated investor audience. This is a marketing asset — not a securities offering document, and not a substitute for your PPM. We write, design, and deliver a presentation you're confident putting in front of your LP list. Delivery: 2 weeks from kickoff.

What we don’t do

A short list. Worth reading before you book a call.

SEO management.

High-net-worth investors do not find GP teams through Google. We don’t sell work that won’t move your pipeline.

One-off campaigns.

A single email blast or a 30-day social sprint does not build LP relationships. We build systems. If you need a one-time promotional push, we’re the wrong firm.

Broadcast investor marketing.

If the strategy is to reach the widest possible investor audience and wait for replies, we’re not the right fit. Our approach is precision infrastructure for serious operators — not reach campaigns for a general audience.

Anything that crosses a compliance line.

We know where those lines are. We don’t approach them carelessly, and we won’t produce work that puts your raise at legal risk.

A note on compliance

Every strategy, every asset, and every funnel we build is structured around your offering exemption — before we write the first word.

506(b) and 506(c) are not interchangeable. What’s permitted under a general solicitation exemption is not available under a substantive pre-existing relationship requirement, and the consequences of confusing the two are serious. We know the difference and apply it at every stage of the engagement.

We are not securities attorneys. We flag compliance considerations, structure our work to minimize risk, and recommend counsel review final assets before launch. If you don’t have securities counsel, we can point you toward firms that specialize in GP offerings.
